Visa exempt for a stay of up to 15 days. The traveller must:
Hold a passport valid at least six months on entry with one blank visa page
Hold proof of sufficient funds
Hold proof of onward/return airline tickets
Hold documents showing proof of purpose of trip
Hold all documents required for the next destination
Confirm with their airline that boarding will be permitted without a visa as these conditions are subject to change
Hold a passport with no Israeli stamps
Passport
The applicant's actual passport. The passport must:
Be in good condition. Not be damaged in any way
Be valid for at least one year beyond entry date
Have at least one blank visa pages
Proof of Residency
The original and clear copy of the applicant's valid Mexican residence card or Mexican residence certificate
Copy of Passport Identification Page
A clear colour copy of the information page(s) from the applicant's passport
Photograph(s)
You must provide two colour, passport type photographs that meet the following criteria:
Be taken within the last three months and printed on high quality photo paper
Be taken against an all white background
Be 35 mm by 45mm in size
Provide the full frontal view of your head with your face centered in the middle and displaying a neutral (non-smiling) expression
You may wear neither spectacles nor headwear except for religious purposes
Your photos should not be affixed to your application and they may not display evidence of adhesive or staples
Proof of Travel Arrangements
Details of travel arrangements. This must be provided as:
A copy of the flight confirmation showing onward/return travel
A copy of the hotel confirmation
Proof of Approval
A copy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs approved invitation/telex number. In order to obtain this, the inviting company must submit a letter of invitation to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Tehran for approval. Once authorised, the inviting company will be provided with an approved telex number.
The Embassy will reject telex numbers issued more than three months prior to submission. Processing time begins only once the telex has arrived internally at the Embassy from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
If the applicant needs a multiple entry visa must specified this information in the invitation letter prior to process the telex
